What happens to my body when I have a concussion? with Nick Li
After I sustained my concussion, I had a lot of physical symptoms that came on gradually. I wasn't able to pinpoint what was happening and why, which made recovery difficult. Now, I know physical symptoms can include headaches, dizziness, nauseous, exhaustion, noise and light sensitivity, balance issues, insomnia, vision issues, and more. In this episode of The Concussion Podcast, I wanted to learn more about what happens to the body when someone sustains a concussion.
